Continuous cast

Aluminum bronze, such as C95800, is the highest strength standard copper based alloy. Wieland Concast produces C95400, C95500, AMS 4880-C95510, and C95900 aluminum bronze alloys as Standard-stocked products in standard sizes of rounds, tubes, and rectangles. Aluminum in conjunction with iron and nickel in acts as a strengthener in these alloys including C958. All of the aluminum bronzes can be heat treated, further increasing tensile strengths.
