At Wieland Concast, we trace our beginning back to 1891 when we began the production of brass and bronze ingot in Pittsburgh, Pa. Since 1960, Wieland Concast has been producing continuous-cast products. This 57-year history has firmly established our high standard of excellence.

Today, Wieland Concast is the largest manufacturer of continuous-cast copper alloys in North America with two production facilities located in Mars, Pa., and Birmingham, Ohio. Our excellent reputation is built upon strength and stability.

We are a manufacturer of specialty continuous-cast copper alloys. Our primary focus is the production of standard-stocked copper alloys in bars, rods, tubes, and rectangles, as well as custom alloys. All products are produced with state-of-the-art horizontal and vertical continuous-casting technology.

Since 1993, Wieland Concast has also been the leader in lead-free replacement alloys. These regulatory-compliant GreenAlloys™ are free of the elements that threaten health and the environment, yet still perform in the manner for which they are intended.

We maintain more than 1,000 standard product sizes in our warehouse, the largest inventory of copper alloys in North America. Every product in our warehouse is available for immediate shipment.
